Disappointed with spark schools

They deregistered my child due to outstanding fees,paid up the outstanding funds. Now reinstate my child then the say the grade she’s going to is full,suddenly when I managed to speak to someone this morning she got someone from credit control to contact me and she says I’m still owing,it’s like they just say anything they wan say .thank God I have all my pop and I’ve sent to her to clarify how am I owing and I’ve not heard from her since morning. I’m frustrated with my child sitting at home. They just don’t care at all
