Disappoint by the Enrollment Department at Spark Schools

I'm writing this review disappointed with the poor service I received from Spark Schools. On the 3rd July 2020 I registered my child for immediate occupation. I followed all necessary steps. Today is the 20th of July 2020 I have not received any update from Spark Schools not even an acknowledgement stating that they have received my application they are working on it. When i call the enrollment department they keep on saying they will come back to me and they never do.

I am really disappointed and frustrated with the service I am receiving from Spark Schools.
