*********** departments at Spark Schools.

I am so disappointed with SPARK Schools. Since last week Tuesday the 7th January 2025 .I've been calling them requesting for my child transfer card .I have been calling everyday since today and I keep getting told that someone will call me back .I called on Thursday again and I was told it was suppose to sent because it takes only a max of 48hours for me to receive it .I called again on Friday and I was today I will receive it in a couple of minutes. Till today 12 Jan I still have no received it .I called again and same story someone will call me back . I'm still waiting for that transfer card as my son needs to secure space at a new school. I've tolerated so much ***********ency from SPARK Schools since last year which is mainly the reason why I am taking my child out of there .If it's not the Finance department, then it's now all of them . Get it right!!!
