Debit date and refund

I am writing to express my frustration with spark school ..on the 15 of April my account was debited, I don't get paid on that day. I never requested for such. In January I called spark accounts department informed them to stop any debit order as I will be paying lump Som cash towards the school fees. Despite the fact that I have an advance of more than 10000.they went again debited my account on the15th of May. The bank charged me 200 for that unpaid for 2 months. I want spark to refund my 400.00 that was debited due to insufficient funds because of their wrong debit order date which I informed them about. I called last Month spoke to Nthabiseng. who said she will get back to me till to date. I urge you to look into this matter urgently. I am very angry and frustrated to a point we're I wanna move my child 😕
