Child not placed at school 2 weeks later!!!!

Why is it taking so long to place a child at school after ALL documents have been submitted?? You don't respond to emails and you don't answer phone calls. I waited FOR 2HOURS on the line waiting to be assisted only to have my call dropped just when I was in front of the queue. We are sitting at home with a child asking us when is he going to school all his friends are at school. I'm about to take unpaid leave at work because of this madness. This needs to be resolved NOW!!!!!!!!!! YOUR LEVEL OF EFFICIENCY IS REALLY APPALLING
