Change of grade

App**** for my daughter in grade R in April, then realised that i made a mistake and she is supposed to be in grade 1. I then called to move her grades, i was told that there is space in randpark ridge for grade 1 , and everything was confirmed… two days later i called as i havent seen an email or sms to confirm that everything is in order.. i was then told that there is no space for grade 1 in randpark ridge and who ever i called didnt write it down and they cannot trace who i called. It’s so frustrating, thinking everything is done. What if I hadn’t called it meant that i was gonna have to be suprised next year … im sure they gave away that space to someone else .
