Billing/account department incompetence and disrespect on another level
I dont know where to start but billing department sucks, there is a lady called Marta who disrespected me, called me names when i needed clarification on the account, the lady showed me her talents she did not wanna hear my concerned. I lodged a formal complaint regarding unprofessional conduct, they never attended my issue even today I got an SMS " your spark school fees are now overdue. Please make payment immediately to avoid receiving a letter of demand" Spark schools have core values just for displays they cant live up to their values.
