BILLING ISSIUE

I am extremely disappointed and furious with the billing experience. Despite sending multiple emails regarding an error on my statement I have not not received a response or any indication that the issue is being addressed. the incorrect billing has not been corrected, and I am still awaiting a resolution. I find it unacceptable that my emails have been ignored and i am concerned about the lack of attention to this matter. I hope you will look into this matter urgently and respond to my emails.
