Beyond disgusted- spark school bramley

To be honest I'm actually happy this happened or I'd experience such unprofessional treatment had my son actually attended there... Spark school bramley kept calling me for payment. Once I paid last year they denied submitting his application. I paid in full then Ntombifuti Mashinini still had the nerve to tell me to go ahead a pay for aftercare. Why on earth do you still want people to pay registration fees when you know there is no more space? Telling people to pay registration fee knowing there us no refund and knowing there is no more space...?? Sounds like a **** to me. So now I'm waiting on my refund and they pay me a whole R1000 less...? I don't understand. The manager is always in a meeting.. They never respond to emails...? Like why not just pay me my hard earned money back so that you can be out of my hair...? I called the office 3 times today and no one can give me any answers... what on earth are you people running there...I am beyond disgusted and I'm not letting this slide.
