Bad service
I'm disappointed in the way spark treats our kids and disrespect us as parents I'm at the school awaiting confirmation for my child to go into class I have work to go to. And no one is giving me any feedback I need a confirmation letter now to go to work

We are very sorry for the poor experience. Confirmation letters will be sent from our enrolment team at Head Office and not at the school. We ask parents to please wait for the confirmation letter by email before sending their children to school as they will not be accepted at school.

I called yesterday and ur consultant told me to await contract no one said anything bout contract ur service is pathetic and ridiculous
