Bad attitude

Spark Theresa Park is a nightmare when it comes to pick up . and the security at the reception entrance has a terrible attitude. I waited 45mins at walk-in to collect my child, when you ask he does not have an answer or responds like he's responding to his child!!! They verify and confirm that i am the parent, I try to get in to enquire since I have been waiting for so long and many parents who came after me have left and he blocks me like I am some beggar when I'm there for my own child!!! I dnt know who he thinks he is!
