Ater reading the reviews I was pleasantly surprised by the professional service offered by Spark schools

I am based in Cape Town, close to the Spark school in Lynedoch and I only recently found out about Spark schools. So after reading up about the school and what they are all about I was quite eager to enroll my child at Spark schools.

I then app**** on line last week and on Friday 8 September I uploaded all the required documentation for the enrollment. Within a space of 2 hours I got a reply and was sent the parent contract that needed to be signed. This was also followed up by a phone call from the enrollment department. I went through the contract over the weekend and sent it off Monday morning, 11 September 2017 when I got to the office. At 09h17 I received a reply to say that my daughter has been accepted at Spark Lynedoch.

I read all the bad reviews about enrollment and I am super impressed that you guys were able to turn your service around in this way. I want to say a big thank you to Uven (I am not sure if the spelling is correct), who was so helpful and professional when I called. This experience made me as a parent feel really glad to be part of the Spark family and look forward to sharing a lot of great milestones with Spark!
