Appalling service

We missed a few months payment due to financial difficulties. On the 21 May 2025 at 15h00 my husband went to the school to make a payment arrangement. Sello the credit controller agreed to it and send out an email confirmation. From the month end of May we started paying the new amount we agreed to. Now I am sure you would understand my shook when I received an email 2nd July 2025 that my child has been placed on the financial exclusion list and will be expelled from the school. I then sent an email to their credit control department informing them of the meeting and arrangement with Sello (As its clear there is no proper record keeping system at the school) I asked how and why this agreement was revoked without any communications with us.

My concerns were ignored and I was told as matter of fact by Sinelethu that my son will be expelled from school.

This is unacceptable, why were we invited to a meeting to make an arrangement if it can be cancelled without us being informed. This does not inspire a lot of confidence in the school and leaves me questioning the integrity of the school.

Now it makes sense why Spark Schools have so many negative ratings here.

Your service is diabolical and you clearly cannot be trusted.
