ACCOUNTS NOT DOING THEIR JOB,NOT A HAPPY PARENT AT ALL

Accounts department not happy at all, every month I must call send e-mails requesting my child statement. I don't get it automatically and every month I explain that I need it to be sent monthly but guess what I must always call and wait for more than an hour and no pick up since December /January till now June 2020 same story. No school fees statement, sending e-mails to accounts no response, from January they are experiencing high volumes. if you can't attend a query why take or enroll more people but failing to keep up with their queries
