i receive a call to say my child account is not up to date.

i dont need this early in the morning when i have paid up to date.

worst is that they send you a statement to show how much you owe and you reply back to get a ticket number but still have the nerve to call me and say i didnt pay.

i need management to call me ASAP as in TODAY as i have sent an email to the accounts and they only gonna reply next YEAR.

CALL ME BACK TODAY KNOWING YOU I WILL ONLY GET MY CALL NEXT WEEK WITH NO RESOLUTION.
