Accounts Department incompetence!!!!!!!

I am soo frustrated by the lack of uniformity in the accounts department

I made a call to accounts and spoke to someone who i unfortunately did not the name of was i wanted to enrol my other daughter but couldn’t do so as there is an amount outstanding (this wouldn’t be the case if we received regular statements) upon making payment arrangements this individual then tells me that they are comfortable with the arrangements and that i can continue with the enrolments… only to get a call from enrolment saying there is no indication/sign of the arrangement and they cannot find who i was speaking to as if i made the arrangement with an entire ghost who gave me false information and not my daughter is just sitting at home and not go to school… Sort this out please
