Accounts department from hell
The accounts department is worse than horrible, I always have to ask for the monthly statement, my latest request was over 3 weeks ago with a follow up email in-between. Today I got finally got an automated feedback, a link directing me to the email response, the link does not have the statement I requested for. Just an email saying the statement has been sent but it's nowhere to be found. I go through this every single time I request for a statement.
