Accounts Department!

I have overpaid on my son's school account, I called your offices and asked for a refund and I was told it will be allocated to January fees. This is ridiculous as you can't decide for a parent what should be done with their money. I have called several times and left messages for Liezel to call me and no one gets back to me. Please urgently refund my money!!!!!!!!!!
