I sent an email making an arrangement that i will pay my balance and Jan fees on the 13th early before 08:00am. I do not understand the lady she is handling Spark Cresta accounts she is does not even care about the students or an arrangement that you want to make. I need your help as everytime I always get such response from her- Unfortunately, I have to submit termination for 2025, SPARK Schools is an independent private school with no subsidies or funding from the government. Your contract stipulates monthly payments, rather than paying based on receiving bonuses. Once settled, check the account's status and please note you will be required to reapply, subject to space availability.

Can someone assist on this?? If I do not make payment on the 13th please feel free to remove him. I am definitely going to settle and pay for Jan. All I am asking is for this week and make payment on the 13th .
