I am honestly broken with the service that I have been getting from Accounts in the school. I called regarding my sons account and agreed that I will pay R6000 monthly starting from end of this month, begging of October with one of the creditors Lesego. After that I have been getting emails from the person that is handling Spark Cresta accounts that she does not agree with the arrangement. We only have few months to end of school and we making means to ensure that we pay. What more can we do at the moment apart from making arrangements. My son has been in that school since 2023 and I always ensure that my account is up to date by December.
Even after sending an email I just got the mail with the following statement, no sympathy "Termination has been submitted and the notice will be sent soon". Why though

The response I received was really cold, it was as follows : " Please note if the payment is not received by tomorrow's end of business, termination will be submitted."
I am committed to paying off the fees, but honestly, the credit controller needs to work with us and only terminate when we default. Why are they so cold??? They do not understand anything about customer experience. They will be the end of Spark honestly. Next week by the 15 I will send payment but she does not want. What else must I do??
