I sent a " school fee clearance certificate " to be fill on the 17 August 2020, I received an auto response that my query will be attended to..

it is now the 3rd week and I still don't have any sort of direction, I sent an E-mail to Sumaya Kenny from accounts for assistance , till date I do not have a reply.

May I please have my form filled out, I need to register my child elsewhere.
