Account failure
On the second year of ruining our account, I sit in arrears of nearly a years payments, payments that I HAVE ALREADY MADE.
Since they gave me the incorrect reference number when fixing last years mistake they made with our account, I have paid to an unknown - and now that they've given me the correct information, it only reflects a few payments.
Literally one of the most *********** accounting departments I have ever dealt with. Needless to say my children will not be attending SPARK Schools in future.
