I've been paying my kids school fees in advance for the past years at Spark school - Silver lakes but the poor treatment I'm getting from Spark School Head office is disappointing. It's been happening for years with my account, it's tiring and unpleasant. I've sent numerous emails with proof of payment, I've called almost everyone including their manager but still getting a nasty statement every month with outstanding balance. Nobody bothers to respond on my emails or returns my calls. My kids loved the school and they were excellent. But I've also struggled to get transfer cards, it took them months to terminate my contract. Even though I've submitted my termination letter within the prescribed period. Till today I'm still receiving school emails about homeworks/projects but my kids are out of school. I need answers today please.
