A respond from Spark after posting a review here is not enough
I got a response from the registrar regarding my refund request being sent to their Finance Dept. What could be taking so long??? I hope you refund ALL of it (R2350). I need to buy uniform for my kids. PLEASE!!!

23 Jan 2019, 11:53On the 10th of December 2018, you requested supporting documentation which I have since emailed and the response was the refunds take up to 14 working days. Now it's 10 working days?? Are you going to keep adding days everytime you respond to a review ???
