2019 REGISTRATION, **** SERVICE REALLY

I have app**** for my son Lulo Ruba on the 9th of Jan, paid , even paid for stationary. Been waiting for my contract from the 11th of January already , instead Im being sent up and down . every agent I speaking to is giving me a different response . its the 21st today Im yet to receive my contract , Sent all required doc to the ********** 1st Person I spoke to was Bronwen-whom I sent all docs to, even emailed her to her personal acc , no help.. I kept calling back an fourth with no help. 2nd person who promised to help was Mbali, Same with her , nothing - I was sapos to wait for 3 says .. still no contract( this one I just spoke with her imm when she heard contract she just put me on hold more than 5 minuted, HOW ****** RUDE????) third person whom I had hoped will help me, Crystel- done the same , she said there were missing docs , which I sent again and that I will get my contract before 12.-Nothing even now... worst of all Ntombifuthi , who couldn't even pick up my sons registration, now i need t apply again, what the hell is happening with this admin ???? i have been out of work from the 16th .. now its the 21st waiting that ill receive my contract an welcoming letter for my son.. what pathetic service is this huh??

if I do not receive my contract and welcoming letter by 3 pm , I want m money , all of it , cause I COULD HAVE APP**** AT A DIFFERENT SCHOOL. I CAN NO BE HOME FOR THIS LONG PUT OF WORK BECAUSE OF THIS NONSENSE!!
