I was assisted by the lady shireen very rude because of the item I bought ,I ask if I can exchange the item she said yes but lost de slip she said she wil call me back waited for 4 hours before she can assist me the she said no because I open it the can’t help me but she know the duty as she assisting manager why must I call her back to follow up ,the next thing she agree the next thing she said no she need to check first before giving me feedback was not happy
