Customer Complaint Regarding Cashier Misconduct
Subject: Customer Complaint Regarding Cashier Misconduct To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint about the service I received at Mams Mall Tops on [08.05.2026. 18:12]. Yesterday, when I approached the till point, the cashier behaved in a disrespectful manner. Instead of assisting me, she said “next” and chose to serve another customer who came from behind me, even though I was already at the counter. This made me feel disregarded and embarrassed. Secondly, I was overcharged. I handed the cashier R21 for a product priced at R21, but she only recorded R18, effectively shortchanging me by R3. This experience was both frustrating and disappointing. I kindly request that management investigate this matter, ensure proper training for staff on customer service, and address the issue of the missing R3. I value Mams Mall Tops as a shopping destination, but respectful service and accurate transactions are essential. I hope to see improvements so that customers feel appreciated and treated fairly.
