Financial loss

On the 21/02/2026 went to spar madadeni to buy eskom voucher,I was assisted by Phakamile.she said she can't see the (TI) number which I told her it (TI 07)but when printing she wrote (TI01)I ask didn't we agree that (TI07) she said the system changed it.I ask her if the voucher don't work what must I do she said I must bring it back,when I get home the voucher is rejected.noe I must pay for transport to go and change,will they allow to change or refund to get a new voucher.
