Bad
Hi corporates and manages. My apologies for such a long message. I went to spar on the 19 June 2026 to grab something to eat I bought rice and chicken curry. The curry is nothing near curry and the rice is really sour it's like it was made 3 days before service. Then when I get there the food is really dry no one is interested to stir the food. I will always include this i went to spar tops the spar employees are not customer friendly even the security guards. I bought chicken curry, rice plain and spinach but all this items are sour causing diarrhea and insomnia. I have been complaining about spar madadeni but no action has been taken. That clearly says they don't care about the health of a human being along they make make money. I'm an international chef I never ever experienced what I have in spar. If you want me to do curry for you I will be gladly to do so cause now I have been going to toilet ever since 4am now it's 9:25am still.

Not happy.
Not happy with the security guard at spar tops in madadeni Newcastle. I went there in the morning to get few drinks and go back home. But they just said to me no pajamas in the shop I didn't know that cause I went to spar to buy a stove no one said anything about my pajamas. Next time write a sign that says no pajamas in the shop. Maybe they should also stop selling pajamas in another stores. If i was addressed nicely like a buying consumer it was gonna be nice not like shout at me and say " ndoda amapijama lawo" then he told the cashier to not allow me to buy cause I was wearing pajamas. If it was a white person he/she was gonna be able to get what they want wearing them those pajamas.

Financial loss
On the 21/02/2026 went to spar madadeni to buy eskom voucher,I was assisted by Phakamile.she said she can't see the (TI) number which I told her it (TI 07)but when printing she wrote (TI01)I ask didn't we agree that (TI07) she said the system changed it.I ask her if the voucher don't work what must I do she said I must bring it back,when I get home the voucher is rejected.noe I must pay for transport to go and change,will they allow to change or refund to get a new voucher. Regards
