Purchased Kenwood mixer at Spar grassy park in February 2024. used once. Does not work. Contacted spar grassy park who wanted my details and return call tomorrow after they contact spar head office. contacted spar head office who said they will contact grassy park for the way forward. How do they not know what to do when they seller cheap defective products. Nevew buys electronic goods from spar. Other shop give a refund or exchange. Spar ho must first contact spar go who must contact kenwood.??????????
