Near accident with SPAR heavy delivery truck

I am writing to formally raise a serious concern regarding the ongoing movement and parking of heavy delivery trucks in our residential area. Today, what should have been a normal day for me nearly resulted in severe damage to my vehicle and to me as a person while I was in the car about to take my turn and clearly my right of way. A large delivery truck took a turn near the Pick n Pay and came dangerously close to s****ing the entire side of my car. I panicked and was forced to reverse abruptly to avoid damage. This situation was extremely distressing to me and could easily have resulted in an accident. These trucks are not supposed to be operating within residential roads, yet this has become a frequent and ongoing issue. In particular, the roads behind SPAR are in a terrible condition, clearly damaged by the constant movement of heavy trucks. In addition, these trucks are often parked on the road, cluttering the area, obstructing traffic, and creating unnecessary danger and distress for drivers and residents alike. This incident was the final straw. Such activity would never be tolerated in other residential areas, and it should not be allowed here either. I am taking this matter further and expect it to be addressed urgently before someone is injured or property (roads) is further damaged. I trust this complaint will be taken seriously and addressed without delay I have communicated RTM Control about this matter and been advised to report this distressing incident
