SPAR2U app doesn't work for Brackenfell Spar

I used to be a regular customer at Brackenfell Spar, but because of health issues, I placed an order on 29 January 2026 for only a few items. I got a confirmation email that it will be delivered between 19h00 and 20h00. I phoned them just before 20h00, but the manager at the time said there was an issue, but they would deliver the next day. Today 30 Jan I phoned them at 10h30 because I have not received it yet, then they said it will be delivered between 19h00 and 20h00. After informing them that was the time for yesterday, and that I did not received anything, they will deliver it as a matter of urgency. They should not be part of an online delivery service if this is how they operate. I uninstalled the Spar app from my phone and will never again make use of their online app, OR shop there either. Very frustrating.
