Spar Brackenfell Corner selling off goods

I've now had it with Spar Brackenfell at the Brackenfell Corner shopping center. I've had a previous experience where I bought a box of naartjies and it was all rotten and they replaced it for me. BUT Today I bought a pack of chicken and garlic roll and the chicken was smelling bad and was off and the when we opened the garlic roll it was covered in green mould. By that time we already threw all receipts away. Why is this becoming a norm where they selling products that's off to the public. And when you try to call to inform them, then there is never any answer or they are so unhelpful.
