Rude employee an unreasonable rules - Spar Benoni

I went to the store on the 22nd September 2024 around 20:40 and made a purchase of R365 and after the transaction I remembered I needed cashback and the RUDE cashier (Lebo) told me I must purchase something worth R10 before she can give me cashback and whe I asked she told me she does not like my tone and I am making it seem as if it's her fault.

She is pretty old for such a stinky, ridiculous and disgusting attitude.

I decided to purchase a R10 MTN airtime that I did not need and I can assure you that I would not recommend anyone to take their business there.
