Rotten Eggs Spar Benoni

I had bought eggs from Spar on the 03/02/2026 of which was rotten and had worms inside which I only seen once I got home. Today on the 04/02/2026 I went to report that eggs had been rotten and they proceeded to say that I should bring the eggs back, and I was unable to as I stay far from Spar of which they than proceeded to say they cannot do anything about it. I buy groceries there every month as I don't work too far from them. This is absolutely unsanitary and unhygienic to be sold in the shop and I am very unhappy that they were unable to manage the situation correctly. They refused to see the photos and videos I had taken to show them proof that they were off.
