A supervisor with attitude

I was at the store the other day as I am regular customer. I grew up shopping at SPAR Benoni and my family is shopping there too and there is a new supervisor I didn't quite get her name as she was not wearing a name tag. I asked the cashier that was serving me her name and she said her name is Matilda. |I don't like how she conducts herself and I heard some of the customers complaining about her attitude towards staff and customers. Some things must be discussed in the office not in front of the customers you are traumatizing us as your customers. As leader she must lead by example. When she must come authorize it's like she's doing customers a favor of which I believe it's her job to authorize. Tell her to fix her attitude because I have been watching her. I have never experienced such previously
