3 queues just to pay for a loaf of bread at Spar Benoni. The first till was closed when l was about to pay because the customer in front of me had a problem and l was referred to the back of another queue. The second was also closed when l was about to pay because the customer in front disputed the price of the item and directed to the back of yet another till. This is a not good way to treat loyal customers. I don't understand why are sales not voided if there is a problem rather punish queuing customers by closing the till without any consideration for queuing customers. Very frustrating experience. I've observed over a period of time that cleaners close Aisles become very aggressive. They treat customers like nuisance creating too much work for them. I witnessed verbally abusing another customer who walked on a wet floor they were cleaning.
