Worst app

I placed an order and during the delivery,2 items were missing. I was never refunded for this. No explanation given. I sent emails after emails but still no response. I received a call from the manager at Spar Nina Park and he informed that they are investigating. This is the worst app and I believe I am ****med. I'll stick to their competitors.
