Very Unproffessional

Good day on the 3rd of January 2025 I ask 2U for a delivery from Heatherpark Spar in George. When they made the delivery half it was items I did not order. So I phoned them and told them to come and collect the order 4145 for R676.15. They said they don't do refunds Spar Headoffice does the refunds within 14 days well I waited the 14 days phoned them again they are going to refund according to Headoffice, today the 29th I phoned again they will have to phone Headoffice again, I must give them 10 minutes, 10 minutes gone again no reply. What would you do if a supplier do that to you will you be happy?, I don't think so
