Spar2U the most useless App

The App deserves a 0 rating. It is the most useless App i have ever downloaded. App does not update in real time post placing an order. It goes from "Payment Success" and is stuck on "Processing Order" even after Order has been delivered. The out of stock items are not even greyed out they allow adding to basket only after delivery is item highlited as out of stock in the Order Summary. Then, the App does not have a Wallet for refunds!!!!!!! I called Spar customer care and have been told to wait for 15 before funds can be refunded into my bank account. I have a feeling i will be back on this platform to give then another 1 rating for failure to refund.

Message to Spar: Discontinue your platform because it does not meet market standards. You obviously do not want to invest money to upgrade your App to standards of your comepetitors (Checkers 60/60 and Pick n pay asap )/
