Spar 2u useless app

It doesn’t even deserve a star. I ordered from this dumb app and some item don’t show sold out when you shop. After check out and your money is deducted it then shows sold out. There after you will receive an incomplete order.

On 25th May one item after check out it was sold out and my order was delivered incomplete . I escalated the matter still didn’t get my refund. From spar Sunningdale

I spend airtime calling the stores that are practically clueless & helpless. I spend petrol going to the store to follow up and still nothing happens. But the fact that this happens often unacceptable
