Shocking excuses of Spar Les Marais.

I ordered food on Spar 2U app for Les Marais Spar. First of all, the products I selected for wasn't available, a nice lady phoned me and assisted me with exchanges. This part all went well. The app worked well up and 2 the delivery part. The app showed delivery time as 15:26 by a driver (Blessing). I waited outside as I didn't want to waste his time. Ordered frozen Pizzas and Milktart. Also switched on the oven in anticipation of the Pizzas I need to cook. At 15:30, nothing phoned the shop and they said the driver already left and I should wait. 15:40 still outside, oven still on still waiting for Blessing. Phoned again, again promised it was on the way and I should wait. 15:50 still outside, phoned again, again promised the driver is on the way. Still no Blessing. Lost my patience and requested them to cancel the order as its a waist of time. The manager agreed that he would cancel the order but said that it will take 7 days before the money will reflect in my account. 16:03 the driver calls me and says he is at the gate. I told him to return to the shop as he is done waiting G my time. 16:05 called by the shop and now they want me to accept the delivery, making various excuses about time slots chosen, and the app shows the delivery time, but you should know that the time slot and not the delivery time applies. Seriously, look at all other delivery apps. You are assigned a time and in between 2 to 3 minutes thereof they deliver. Take responsibility for poor delivery service and rectify it, instead of blaming various other issues. I pay for a service, if you can't provide one, then rather not list it. Let's see if you are able to refund me on time.
