Refund payment inconsistency by SPAR2U

I have a refund worth more than R200 for an order that was placed on the 26th January this year from Rolyats Spar Kokstad and it has not been paid until now, instead they have paid a refund for a order tjat was done on the 5th February. I wrote on their customer care page and also called the store but nothing is happening as dar as paying my refund.
