Not included in delivery

I've never had the best delivery experiences. Ever tried ordering naartjies? Sometimes it's the wrong brand of coke delivered, sometimes an item missing. This time it was my 2 small bars of Cadbury chocolate that I was SO looking forward to. I was charged but no chocolate. I was so mad I got into my car and drove to buy naartjies and chocolate. Tried telling Mr S...one of the managers but he disassociate from the app. 0rder No 2462 on Sunday 03/08.
