I want my refund!

I ordered from Spar 2 u on the 18th of December I was charged R376.17 and that amount went out of my card however my receipt shows that my order only totalled to an amount of R255 and one of the items I ordered were not delivered as they were sold out but that money was not reversed!! I tried contacting their customer care with no help I went to Spar in Heidelberg the gentleman who helped me by the name of Oscar said I should give it 24 hours, it’s way over 24 hours there’s no email no nothing. I want my refund back and I will never order from this stupid app again
