FALSE advertising

We ordered a special that is only for 24th. Order was placed money paid. Store later called to say system is not working its not allowing the free item and can I reorder. I said no my order is placed. Now 4 hours later they say out of stock and a partial order being dispatched. My sister's ordered and 3 hours later her order was cancelled. No point in advertising item abd making your system error the customers problem. Honour your advertising.
