Bad service

I placed an order at Aljos Super Spar ,I ordered Albany wholewheat bread,did not select a substitute because I wanted Albany wholewheat,not any other bread,not Aljos Spar deciding to replace my bread with Albany Superior brown bread.No call,No indication of out of stock,just "Suprise" when the bread arrives.And when I called they are not even apologetic about,them telling me No wholewheat was out of stock hence they replaced it.The Audicity,how do you replace an item without permission.If I wanted a replacement I would have selected mos on the app.....
