Terrible experience. Billing issues. Stay away.

Spaces staff members ( our shared spaces hosts) used our office phone when we were not there. We were then billed for a ridiculous amount of calls made during this time (weeks). Months have passed and the billing issue has not been resolved. The center manager is unable or unwilling to assist.

Now I have to make additional calls and get sent from pillar to post to rectify the problem they caused.

TO add insult to injury they have now billed me for a "late payment" that has been made on time.

They are masters of the corporate "do not care" attitude and create miles of red tape to have issues resolved. Our experience has been excruciating. Be warned, stay away.
