Selfish Giant Landlords

I’m an small business with office rental space at Spaces Rivonia. With the current economic difficulties I’ve requested that they down grade my office to a virtual office effective immediately due to affordable.

I was informed by the center manager Magdalena ****croft that they can not assist, I am tied to a office agreement till end April. I have not used the office Space since March last year. With the current state of our countries economic downturn one would expect large corporations to be more understanding of us small businesses. We have retrenched all employees and the company cannot afford current rental.

This is very disappointing considering that one had build a relationship with them for the past three years.
