NEVER USE REGUS/SPACES/IWG GROUP EVER

The manager of Regus Rivonia Village, Sharon Themba, is a disarray. I have eight accounts with this company, and can't recommend them every, not even to my worst enemy. IWG GROUP, REGUS, and SPACES should never be used again. Let me assure you that I find myself in their muddle on a daily basis. You are strongly discouraged from using this office space provider; they are exceedingly unprofessional. Permit me to describe our recent interaction with them.

To Visit any of our offices, including the one affiliated with Regus, is exclusively by appointment. A few days ago, however, a client attempted to visit one of our Rosebank offices (Which isn't with Regus/Spaces/IWG Group by the way) but was unable to do so, despite being informed that all visits to our locations are strictly by appointment only. She called the police out of concern, and upon their arrival, the center manager informed them that the company is here, but metting them is strictly by appointment. If you have scheduled an appointment with them, they will know that you are here, and will make themselves avaibale to assist you. Subsequently, the officer proceeded to request an inspection of our office. The center manager declined and stated, "I am afraid I will be unable to grant you access to their office unless you present a search warrant or court order; in that case, I cannot grant you access."

The client and the police both departed in a fit of rage before proceeding to our REGUS/SPACES Office in Rivonia to submit the identical request. You will be astounded to learn that the unprofessional Sharon Themba granted the police access to our office and seized all of our belongings without a search warrant or court order. You did indeed read that correctly. During our absence, Sharon Themba, acting without a search warrant or court order, seized our belongings and transferred them to the police. Absent of all professionalism and competence. Regus will furnish our entire possessions, as Sharon Themba lacks the authority to distribute any of them to any individual.

Furthermore, apart from surrendering our belongings to the police officers in violation of a search warrant and court order, she began uttering irrelevant remarks and fabricating information she had no regard for. It is extremely aggravating when an individual conducts themselves in an unprofessional manner. What did you find concerning during our last visit to the office? What aspects of our visit frequency cause you concern? In a solemn manner. We have stated unequivocally on numerous occasions that we only see clients by appointment; it is irrelevant whether we are present at the office on a daily basis or not; such matters are not within your purview.

We will continue to encounter problems as long as Sharon Themba is employed by Regus/Spaces/IWG Group; if you read my numerous negative reviews, you will see that they are all around her. Extremely illiterate, unprofessional, and uneducated, she is also ***********.
